Managed infrastructure

Managed Infrastructure Services provide companies with a secure and functional IT environment for the seamless use of IT resources. Basic elements of managed infrastructure are computer network, workstations (computer, notebook), servers and printers.

Windows, Mac OSx, Linux, and network devices can be included in the managed infrastructure – e.g. NAS. Servers can be both physical and virtual.

The service is designed to guarantee the best functionality of an existing hardware and software installation – Incident Management (ITIL).
